Assembled the right flap tonight and final drilled all parts. Set the hinge in place and started with a clamp at one end and then drilling every second hole, clecoing as I went along.
Once that was completed, I confirmed my countersink and countersunk the right flap spar to accomodate the wing skin so that the flap hinge will be flush with the spar. Didn't screw it up this time.
Order the new skin from Van's, along with some other items, including the NACA vent and 6' hose so that I can final rivet the wings once they are inspected. The NACA vent comes with the fuse kit and I don't want to wait for it.
